Returns, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, for a refund or an exchange.

WHAT IS THE GENERAL 'RETURN POLICY' ON EXCESSBAZAAR.COM?

All products sold on Excessbazaar.com are subject to a —2-day Return Policy. If product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, for a refund or an exchange (also mentioned above) put a replacement request, if the same product in not available then create a return-request and get refund by returning us your parcel within 2 days of the receipt of your order. Please note, items must be in original condition with original packaging and accessories. We will refund the entire order amount including applicable VAT amount – and will also bear freight/shipping fees for the return You must return your shipment to the originating warehouse, from where your order was shipped. If you want to ‘Cancel’ the order then please make sure to cancel it within 24 hours or before its been shipped from our end return the product the applicable VAT amount will also be refunded to your Bank Account from which you have made the payment.

Refund process can take up to 15 days once the parcel is fully returnedand verified by our quality team that the product is in same condition as shipped with accessories intact. Refund will be made by amount transfer, exchange or store-credit.

Excessbazaar.com makes every attempt to ensure that the buyer is aware of these conditions prior to the purchase. It is a condition of sale that the buyer must be aware of and that from time to time these may exist. The replacement/repair will be based on the terms of warranty promised at the time of purchase.

WHEN DOES THE 'REPLACEMENT POLICY' NOT APPLY?

The ‘Replacement Policy’ does not extend to:
1. Any cosmetic blemish such as dents or scratches on products
2. Damages due to misuse of product
3.Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories
4. Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturers/ seller warranty
